Group 1:Dietary health education combined with alfalfa powder

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The following three blood lipid indexes (TC, TG, LDL-C) meet at least one: (1) Total Cholesterol (TC):200-278mg/dL or 5.2-7.2mmol/l; (2) Triglyceride(TG):150-200mg/dL or 1.7-2.3mmol/L; (3) Low density lipoprotein (LDL-C):130-188mg/dL or 3.4-4.9mmol/L; 2. Unlimited gender; 3. Age>=18 years old; 4. Normal blood pressure (systolic blood pressure <140mmHg, diastolic blood pressure <90mmHg); 5. No hypolipidemic drugs have been taken in recent half a year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have taken hypolipidemic drugs for nearly half a year have affected the judgment of the results; 2. Diabetic patients; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Accompanied by serious complications, complicated with serious diseases such as heart, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, mentally ill patients and unable to take care of themselves; 5. Patients with asthma, alcoholism, hyperthyroidism, malignant tumors and those receiving hormone therapy; 6. Unable to eat the test sample as required, or the data is incomplete, which affects the judgment of efficacy; 7. Patients who are participating in other clinical trials; 8. The researchers believe that other reasons are not suitable for clinical trials.
