Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All subjects meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke; 2. All subjects are in stable clinical condition and have tracheotomy and indwelling tube; 3. All cases were within 2 years of onset; 4. Age between 15 to 65 years old; 5. All patients were informed about the study and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cognitive impairment or communication impairment cannot cooperate with related examination and treatment; 2. Serious disturbance of consciousness, unable to cooperate with treatment; 3. Severe complications such as heart failure, liver failure, renal failure, etc.; 4. Patients with ventilator-assisted mechanical ventilation; 5. Patients with a history of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and lung tumors.
