Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who voluntarily participated in the study had good compliance and signed informed consent; 2. Older than 18 years old; 3. Patients who met the diagnostic criteria of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment and met the indications of vitrectomy; 4. The patient is in good condition and has no contraindications.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who met the diagnostic criteria of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment and underwent other surgical procedures; 2. Other eye diseases that may affect the operation and its results (uncontrolled glaucoma, macular disease, etc.) 3. Previous retinal surgery; 4. Endophthalmitis; 5. Patients who are participating in other clinical trials; 6. Accompanied by unstable systemic diseases.
