Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. People were recruited between the ages of 18 and 75, regardless of gender, and colonoscopy was performed for screening or diagnostic purposes.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Intestinal obstruction, obstruction or perforation, toxic megacolon associated with severe inflammatory bowel disease, gastroparesis, a documented history of cancer, or any other colonic disease causing mucosal fragility; 2. Functional classification system grade III or IV congestive heart failure, severe renal insufficiency, presence of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency, and phenylketonuria; 3. Cases where polyps had been found.
