Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18-40 years old; 2. 24-26 weeks of gestation (diagnosed with GDM); 3. Parity: singleton; 4. Not participating in other sports interventions or clinical experimental projects at the same time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Type I/II and other special diabetes and history of miscarriage (one or more miscarriage experience); 2. Drug treatment before trial registration (oral hypoglycemic agents, insulin, metformin, glimepiride, etc.); 3. Existing pregnancy complications (hypertension, hyperemesis gravidarum, depression, fatty liver of pregnancy) 4. Serious cardiovascular, respiratory or systemic disease; 5. Other contraindications to exercise (rupture of membranes, recurrent miscarriage, preterm labor, gestational hypertension, unexplained persistent vaginal bleeding, history of spontaneous preterm labor, placenta previa after 28 weeks of pregnancy, mild/moderate cardiovascular or respiratory system) Disease, preeclampsia, symptomatic anemia, cervical insufficiency, malnutrition, intrauterine growth restriction, eating disorders, high-order multiple pregnancies (eg, triplets, twin pregnancies after week 28, uncontrolled type 1 diabetes, Uncontrolled hypertension, uncontrolled thyroid disease, other serious cardiovascular, respiratory or systemic diseases, other serious diseases).
