Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I-III; 2. Laparoscopic nephrectomy; 3. BMI < 30 kg/m2; 4. 20-70 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Infection in the puncture site; 2. Upon anti-coagulation; 3. Allergy to local anesthetics; 4. With severe cardiovascular disease; 5. Alcohol abuse; 6. Psychiatric disease; 7. Pregnancy.
