18 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anesthesia; 2. Young female patients (18-35 years old); 3. No history of local anesthetic allergy; 4. No mental and nervous system diseases, able to cooperate with doctors; 5. The end time of the operation is between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m., and the operation time is within 90 minutes (from skin opening to skin suture); 6. Informed consent has been signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Use other analgesics and sedatives (including but not limited to oral analgesics, postoperative intravenous or intramuscular injection of other analgesics) other than the designated drugs during the perioperative period; 2. Abnormal coagulation function; 3. History of abdominal surgery, motion sickness, PONV history of one parent or oneself; 4. Smoking history; 5. Suffering from digestive infectious diseases; 6. Patient during pregnancy; 7. Intraoperative bleeding or intraoperative change of operation mode or laparotomy due to various reasons, and secondary operation due to various reasons after operation.
