Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged >= 18 years; 2. The diagnosis and classification of critically ill patients with COVID-19 was conducted according to the guidance for COVID-19 (the 9th version) ; 3. Patients receiving continue renal replacement treatment (CRRT) in an intensive care unit (ICU).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of chronic kidney disease, which has reached stage 5 (including maintenance dialysis) as defined in KDIGO guidelines after assessment; 2. The expected survival time of the patient assessed by the competent physician was less than 72 hours; 3. Pregnant or lactating patients; 4. Any other circumstances in which the investigator did not believe the patient could be enrolled in the trial.
