65 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly patients aged >=65 years; 2. Patients undergoing radical resection of colon cancer; 3. Preoperative MMSE>=24; 4. ASA grade I to III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to study drugs; 2. Severe heart and lung disease, liver or kidney failure; 3. Patients with a history of mental illness or a history of central nervous system disease.
