45 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 45-85 years; 2. Can receive head MRI examination; 3. Obtain the informed consent of the subjects themselves or their families, and sign the written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. In the stage of acute cerebrovascular disease, including subarachnoid hemorrhage, acute hemorrhagic stroke, acute ischemic stroke (except lacunae); 2. Previous or current history of major head trauma or any intracranial surgery; 3. There are small cerebral vascular lesions caused by immunity, poisoning, metabolism and infection; 4. The presence of extrapyramidal symptoms or mental illness affecting the assessment of cognitive function; 5. Intracranial space-occupying lesions; 6. Unable to communicate properly due to language barriers, audio-visual barriers, etc.; 7. There are trauma, severe acute infectious diseases, and severe liver and kidney insufficiency.
