18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 60 years; 2. CD4 is less than 500; 3. The viral load is no higher than 4000000; 4. Start basic treatment after intervention; 5. Agree/be able to consume yogurt throughout the study period; 6. Patients understand their condition and are willing to participate in this study; 7. Cooperate with follow-up and examination, and be able to sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Ingested probiotics or antibiotics and hormones in the past 2 months; 2. Complicated kidney disease, liver disease, heart disease, diabetes, etc.; 3. Patients with enteritis and intestinal surgery; 4. Allergic to milk or intolerant to probiotics; 5. Pregnancy; 6. Plan to move out of Beijing within 5 months.
