Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 21-39 years. 2. Hormone replacement cycle freeze-thaw embryo transfer. 3. Endometrium of progesterone transformation >=8mm. 4. Patients who have signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe infection; 2. Patients with severe cardiac, liver and renal dysfunction; 3. Patients with advanced malignant tumors; 4. Patients with incomplete case data; 5. Patients with chromosomal abnormalities; 6. Patients with recurrent abortion.
