Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The first observer was a 65-80 year old female patient. The first observer in the observation group was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease, while the first observer in the control group was diagnosed without Alzheimer's disease; 2. The second observer was a 65-80 year old female, a sister of the first observer, who did not suffer from Alzheimer's disease; 3. The third observer is a woman aged 40-60 years, who is the biological daughter of the first observer. All observers with civil capacity know about this research project, and their entrusted agents without civil capacity know about this project.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of serious mental illness; 2. Clearly diagnose patients with neurological diseases; 3. Patients with severe circulatory diseases and their treatment; 4. Patients with a history of major surgery or trauma; 5. Patients with dysfunction of important organs; 6. Patients with severe endocrine system diseases; 7. Patients who cannot cooperate with the inspection; 8. The researchers did not consider it suitable for inclusion in the study.
