Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-55 years; 2. Living in mainland of China; 3. Be a Chinese citizen; 4. Provide informed consent; 5. Meet the sampling quota.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Men weigh less than 50kg or women weigh less than 45kg; 2. Patients with viral hepatitis, hepatitis B virus (HBV) surface antigen positive or hepatitis C virus (HCV) antibody positive; 3. Patients with acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS) or human immunodeficiency virus (HIV); 4. Ever used drugs (smoked, injected or ingested drugs in any form).
