50 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged < 65 years ( aged < 60 years); 2. The range of motion of knee joint is basically normal; 3. Flexion contracture deformity <10 degrees; 4. 5 degrees< varus deformity <20 degrees; 5. Proximal tibia Angle <85 degrees; 6. The lateral meniscus and cartilage function is normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. K/L grade ?; 2. Secondary osteoarthritis (infectious arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, hemophiliac arthritis, etc.); 3. Ligament injury; 4. Severe cardiovascular disease, liver and kidney disease, endocrine system disease, hematological system disease or mental disease.
