20 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Women aged over 20 years who are sexually active; 2. The patient did not use antibiotics or vaginal irrigation recently; 3. The patient had no sexual life in the last 1 week; 4. With the consent of the hospital ethics Committee and the patients, all signed written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy and lactation; 2. Menstrual period; 3. Take sex hormones; 4. Vaginal bleeding, vaginal irrigation and vaginal medication within 1 week, surgical operation, sexual life history within 1 week; 5. Patients with long-term use of immunosuppressants and corticosteroids, and systemic use of antibiotics within 2 weeks.
