Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. BMI>=24kg/m^2 or waist circumference >=85cm for men and >=80cm for women; 2. No significant weight gain or loss within the last 6 months (the change amount does not exceed 10% of the current body weight); 3. Aged 35-59 years; 4. Can continue to work in the unit for more than 1 year; 5. Willing to participate in the study (sign informed consent), and able to actively cooperate with project implementation and follow-up measurement during the study; 6. There have been 5 to 7 days in the past week when static behavior lasted more than 6 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant patients; 2. Patients with severe skeletal and muscular diseases, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, diabetes, COPD or other subjects who are not suitable for long-term brisk walking; 3. Use drugs or non-drug products that affect heart rate or appetite; 4. Not suitable for the amount of brisk walking required by the intervention, such as BMI>35; 5. Regular exercisers: moderate intensity activity >=150 minutes per week or high intensity >=75 minutes or an equal combination of both.
