65 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) ?~?; 2. Aged >= 65 years; 3. BMI 18-30Kg/m^2; 4. The operation time is expected to be 2-4 hours; 5. Elderly patients undergoing radical surgery for lung cancer; 6. Well-controlled patients with hypertension and diabetes: blood pressure no higher than 150/90mmHg,HbA1c < 6.5%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pre-existing arrhythmia before surgery; 2. With a history of other malignant tumors, it is impossible to determine whether lung cancer is primary or not; 3. Preoperative radiotherapy, chemotherapy, hormone drugs, anti-inflammatory drugs, analgesic drugs; 4. Hepatic and renal dysfunction: serum bilirubin >20µmol/L, urea nitrogen >7.5mmol/L; 5. Mental illness, communication disorder; 6. Patients who refuse lidocaine treatment.
