Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged > 18 years; 2. Selective thoracic laparoscopy combined with esophageal carcinoma resection; 3. ASA classification: I-?.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, neuromuscular disease; 2. Preoperative chest radiographs showed abnormalities, such as bronchiectasis, atelectasis, pneumothorax, pleural effusion, etc.; 3. History of thoracic surgery; 4. Symptoms of respiratory tract infection such as cough and sputum before surgery; 5. History of severe arrhythmia and cardiac surgery.
