18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged from 18 to 75 years; 2. Patients who met preoperative requirements and were diagnosed with pancreatic space occupying, bile duct space occupying, and ampulla space occupying by imaging examination requiring PD treatment; 3. Complete perioperative data; 4. Be aware of this study and sign the informed consent voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with ampullary tumor or lower bile duct cancer who cannot be radically removed by surgery; 2. Patients with other serious complications who are difficult to tolerate general anesthesia; 3. Emergency operation; 4. Patients with severe heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ dysfunction; 5. Factors such as limb or cognitive dysfunction left by recent cerebrovascular accident restrict participation in sports; 6. Complicated with severe infection, endocrine system or immune system diseases or respiratory system diseases; 7. Combined mental illness; 8. No distant organ metastases; 9. Patients with no history of abdominal surgery; 10. Patients without other gastrointestinal diseases.
