Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years; 2. Patients with chronic post-thoracotomy pain (CPP) diagnosis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe heart disease, severe damage of liver and kidney function; 2. Allergy to lidocaine; 3. Other types of chronic pain; 4. Participated in other analgesic studies in the past month; 5. Patients who have previously received nerve block, radiofrequency regulation and other interventional therapy.
