Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years; 2. Major abdominal surgery expected to last 2-4 hours; 3. Patients undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia; 4. Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No sinus rhythm or taking antiarrhythmic drugs; 2. Have a recent history of fever or are taking medications known to affect body temperature; 3. Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or liver and kidney insufficiency; 4. Special risk of bleeding or myocardial infarction (as determined by the attending anesthesiologist); 5. Intraoperative bleeding >800 ml or intraoperative circulation instability (as determined by the attending anesthesiologist); 6. The attending anesthesiologist believes that it is not in the best interest of the patient to enroll in the trial.
