Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the 2016 WHO classification of hematopoietic and lymphoid tumors, the histopathological diagnosis was confirmed as newly diagnosed PTCL patient; 2. Aged >=18 years; 3. The Eastern Cancer Collaboration (ECOG) Physical status score was 0-2; 4. Expected survival time of patients >=6 months; 5. The patient agrees to have the specimens submitted for genomic analysis; 6. CD30 expression was detected in patient tissue samples; 7. Patients need to sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previously or currently suffering from other hematologic malignancies; 2. Baseline samples are incomplete (tissue, peripheral blood, saliva) due to various reasons; 3. Patients with drug and chronic alcohol abuse that affect the evaluation of study results; 4. Patients who were judged unsuitable for this study by other researchers.
