18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients were HCC patients with definite clinical or histological diagnosis, meeting 2020 CSCO or AASLD criteria; 2. Hepatocellular carcinoma patients aged 18-80 years; 3. Patients with BCLC stage B without surgical indications, or patients with BCLC stage A who cannot or refuse radical treatment; 4. Child-Pugh score of liver function was A5-B7; 5. The ECOG score is 0; 6. Receive DEB-TACE as initial treatment; 7. Completed at least 2 consecutive DEB-TACE procedures or 1 DEB-TACE and followed up for about 6 months; 8. No dysfunction of heart, kidney and other important organs, blood routine and coagulation function is basically normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Vascular invasion or extrahepatic metastasis; 2. Spontaneous rupture and hemorrhage of liver cancer; 3. Associated with other malignant tumors; 4. Decompensation of cirrhosis (gastrointestinal bleeding, ascites, jaundice or encephalopathy); 5. Combined with any systemic or other local therapy for HCC; 6. Lack of baseline information; 7. Follow-up data were incomplete during the follow-up period.
