Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of MAFLD; 2. Consistent with the TCM syndrome characteristics of ''spleen deficiency and stomach heat syndrome''; 3. Aged between 6 and 13 years; 4. Children with complete medical records.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with gastrointestinal diseases or serious diseases of cardiovascular, respiratory, kidney and other systems, or congenital genetic metabolic diseases; 2. Symptoms of intestinal discomfort such as diarrhea in the past week; 3. The patient has used antibiotics, microecological regulators, gastric motility drugs and other preparations that can affect intestinal flora in the past two months.
