Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years. 2. Patients admitted to Run Run Shaw Hospital Affiliated to Zhejiang University College of Medicine and diagnosed with single tooth loss. 3. Healthy adjacent teeth. 4. Conform to the indication of guided bone tissue regeneration during implant implantation. 5. Participate in the study voluntarily and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of periodontal disease. 2. Uncontrolled diabetes. 3. Serious bone defects require staging bone increment. 4. Implant and bone increment surgery are not suitable for other systemic diseases or poor general condition. 5. Patients with missing and unrepaired opposite teeth or chewing discomfort due to diseases of opposite teeth. 6. Patients with poor compliance or unable to return to the clinic on time. 7. Patients with obvious insufficient bone mass during the operation whose implant thread was exposed to more than 1/3 of its length. 8. Postoperative inflammation or wound split. 9. Vulnerable groups, including patients with mental illness, cognitive impairment, critically ill patients, pregnant patients, etc.
