Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years; 2. Permanent residents of Qingyang County, i.e. those who have lived there for more than 6 months as of the survey date; 3. People who understand the research content.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who refuse to participate in the research; 2. Those who have a disorder of consciousness, cognitive impairment, or mental illness, etc.
