18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing heart valve surgery; 2. Aged 18-65 years; 3. Stay in ICU for at least 2 days after operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery; 2. Preoperative anemia; 3. Preoperative hepatic and renal insufficiency; 4. Have coagulation dysfunction; 5. There are infectious diseases before surgery.
