Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with sepsis who were hospitalized in the Department of Intensive Care Medicine, Union Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from January 1, 2019 to June 30, 2021.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Aged < 18 years; 2. Immune system dysfunction (primary immunosuppressive disease, acquired immune deficiency, long-term immunosuppressant use, long-term glucocorticoid use, organ transplantation); 3. Patients with a history of hepatic and renal insufficiency and end-stage disease, with a history of nephrotoxic drug use before admission, and with other factors other than infection causing acute kidney injury; 4. Active stage of malignant tumor; 5. Patients with severe hematologic diseases (myelodysplastic syndrome, multiple myeloma, leukemia, etc.); 6. Death within 24 hours of admission or incomplete data; 7. Acute diabetes (diabetic ketoacidosis, diabetic hypertonic coma or hypoglycemia); 8. Blood sugar was not measured within 24 h after admission, and transient hyperglycemia caused by drugs, acute pancreatitis, endocrine tumors, radiotherapy, etc., was excluded; 9. No blood culture was collected after admission.
