65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 65-80 years, no gender limit, ASA?-? level; 2. No history of mental disorders; 3. No craniocerebral injury, intracranial hypertension or glaucoma; 4. No abnormal liver or kidney function; 5. Patients with no hypertension or satisfactory hypertension control (systolic blood pressure <160mmHg, diastolic blood pressure <95mmHg); 6. No opioid dependence or tolerance, no history of severe drug allergy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with unstable angina pectoris or myocardial infarction in the past six months, congestive heart failure, and shock.
