60 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elective laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer or gynecological tumor; 2. Elderly patients aged 60-79 years; 3. Body mass index 18-24kg /m^2; 4. ASA grade I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with eye and craniocerebral diseases (high cranial pressure, high intraocular pressure, etc.); 2. Have a history of eye, craniocerebral and chest operations; 3. Preoperative history of respiratory diseases such as bullae, pneumothorax and pneumonia; 4. Patients with serious diseases of the heart, brain, liver, kidney and other systems; 5. Unable to communicate.
