Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly (aged >=65 years) patients with hepatocellular carcinoma undergoing radical hepatectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recurrent or metastatic liver cancer; 2. Mixed liver cancer; 3. HCC with radical resection; 4. Incomplete clinical or follow-up data.
