Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The eye with a diagnosis of rehegmatougenous retinal detachment combined with choroidal detachment; 2. Aged between 18-70 years; 3. Admit to join the research and follow the follow-up plan.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The general condition is too severe to undergo vitrectomy; 2. Past vitrectomy; 3. Previous history of glaucoma; 4. History of uveitis; 5. Lens subluxation, aphenoid eye or intraocular lens deviation; 6. Blunt eye trauma or perforating injury combined with retinal choroid injury; 7. Congenital abnormalities of retinal choroid development.
