Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Able to provide informed consent and willing to comply with the requirements of the research protocol; 3. Willing to accept both 18F-PSMA-1007 PET/CT and 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging; 4. Clinically suspected prostate cancer patients; 5. Newly treated patients who have not received surgery, chemotherapy, biotherapy or radiotherapy; 6. Be able to obtain complete follow-up information, understand the study and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with an expected life span of less than 2 years or with other serious diseases before enrollment who could not tolerate follow-up examination and treatment; 2. Poorly controlled diabetic patients (fasting blood glucose level > 200 mg/dL); 3. Concurrent with any other malignant tumor.
