Interventions

Experimental group:Compression for 20min after unsheathing
Sandbag + elastic bandage compression bed 2h
Remove sandbag only elastic bandage compression bed 2h
After the elastic bandage was removed, Amp was applied to the puncture site, and then the patient lay in bed for 2 hours. After sitting on the bedside for 10min, If there is no bleeding or hematoma at
Normal activity after 24 hours.
Control group:Compression after unsheathing for 20min, elastic bandage + sandbag compression for 6h, elastic bandage compression + bed rest for 24 hours after getting out of bed for normal activity.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who meet the indications for cerebral angiography via elective percutaneous femoral artery intubation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Glycosylated hemoglobin >=10%; 2. BMI >=30; 3. Patients judged by the researchers to be unfit to participate in this study.
