Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=50 years; 2. Clinical Dementia Rating Scale (CDR) of NC and SCD =0, CDR of MCI 19 points, secondary school education and above > 24 points; >=26 points on Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MoCA) for NC and SCD, 23-26 points on MoCA scale for MCI; Daily living ability scale (ADL) < 16 points; 3. 17 items Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-17) <=7 points, Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) <=7 points, Concise Psychiatric Rating Scale (BPRS) < 35 points; 4. Informed consent signed by the patient.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Dementia or mental retardation; 2. Definite organic brain disease; 3. Anxiety, depression or other psychotic symptoms; 4. Serious physical diseases affecting cognitive function; 5. Substance dependence or behavioral disorders that affect cognitive function; 6. Illiteracy.
