Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Part I: Study on biomarkers of perioperative sepsis in emergency surgery. Inclusion criteria of the surgical sepsis group: (1) Participate in the clinical trial voluntarily and sign informed consent; (2) Aged 18-80 years; (3) Infected patients who plan to undergo emergency surgery; (4) In line with Sepsis3.0 diagnostic criteria: the disorder of body response to infection combined with organ dysfunction, that is, infection +SOFA>=2 points. 2. Part II: Research on biomarkers of organ dysfunction in patients with sepsis in emergency internal medicine. Inclusion criteria of the internal medicine sepsis group: (1) Participate in the clinical trial voluntarily and sign informed consent; (2) Aged 18-80 years; (3) Infected patients without surgical indications; (4) In line with Sepsis3.0 diagnostic criteria: the disorder of body response to infection combined with organ dysfunction, that is, infection +SOFA>=2 points. 3. Inclusion criteria of control group: (1) Participate in the clinical trial voluntarily and sign informed consent; (2) Patients with non-infection and non-tumor surgery, such as lumbar spine surgery, gallbladder stone surgery, inguinal hernia surgery, etc.; (3) Aged 18-80 years.
