18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged above 18 years; 2. Pancreatic space occupation was diagnosed; 3. Pancreaticoduodenectomy was intended to be performed under general anesthesia; 4. ASA I, II or III; 5. Able to understand and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe hypertension, diabetes, cardiac insufficiency, liver and kidney insufficiency; 2. Allergic to any drug; 3. Patients dependent on opioids; 4. Changes in mental state, inability to provide adequate informed consent or refusal of the patient to participate; 5. Patients with electrocardiogram indicating block or bradycardia; 6. Patients with intraoperative blood loss greater than 1000ml or unable to undergo pancreatoduodenectomy due to tumor metastasis.
