Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for KOA patients: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of knee osteoarthritis; (2) Aged 40-75 years, BMI =40 points; (5) Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) >=24; (6) BDI scale rating =24; (5) BDI scale score < 14 points; Hamilton Anxiety Scale score < 14 points; (6) Right-handed; (7) Sign informed consent and participate voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria for KOA patients: (1) Patients with bleeding tendency; (2) A history of knee surgery (such as arthroscopic surgery) within 6 months or intra-articular corticosteroid injection within 3 months; (3) Knee pain is associated with rheumatic diseases or caused by inflammation; (4) Have primary or secondary muscle diseases (such as idiopathic inflammatory myopathy, progressive muscular dystrophy, glycogen accumulation disease, etc.); (5) Severe varus and valgus knee deformity; (6) Patients with mental abnormalities, no autonomous behavioral ability, and who do not cooperate with clinical observation and treatment; (7) Serious trauma to the knee joint or lower limb fracture resulting in joint instability or lower limb force line offset, or near-joint fracture resulting in uneven articular surface; (8) Suffering from severe organ failure, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, musculoskeletal system diseases; (9) Have contraindications for nuclear magnetic examination such as non-removable denture and cardiac pacemaker, and take opioids, benzodiazepines and other drugs that affect brain imaging. 2. Exclusion criteria for healthy subjects: (1) Subjects with bleeding tendency; (2) Pregnant or lactating subjects; (3) Poor eyesight, unable to cooperate with the evaluator; (4) Have contraindications for nuclear magnetic examination such as non-removable denture and cardiac pacemaker, and take opioids, benzodiazepines and other drugs that affect brain imaging.
