40 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 40-85 years; 2. BMI: 18 -- 35 kg/m^2; 3. ASA score I-III; 4. Knee flexion deformity or varus and valgus deformity; 5. Diagnosis of traumatic arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, septic arthritis, or prior knee surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Coronary artery disease; 2. Kidney failure; 3. Lifelong anticoagulation or a history of anticoagulation; 4. Thrombolytic events (deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolus, myocardial infarction, cerebrovascular accident); 5. More than doubling of alanine aminotransferase (ALT or AST) or renal failure; 6. Preoperative low hemoglobin level (<110g/L).
