Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The Chinese version of SCID-I/P, a DSM-IV examination tool, was adopted for systematic psychiatric examination of patients, which met the diagnostic criteria of SCZ, and the score of positive and negative symptom scale (PANSS) was > 60; 2. First dose and no antipsychotic medication; 3. Aged between 18 and 45 years; 4. BMI not exceeding 24kg/m^2; 5. Informed consent of patients and their families.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from physical diseases of the heart, liver, gallbladder, kidney, endocrine and immune system diseases, malnutrition, gastrointestinal diseases and other mental disorders; 2. Have a history of allergy and hormone therapy, and have received immune preparations or antibiotics; 3. Vaccination in the near future; 4. Pregnant or lactating patients; 5. Left-handed.
