Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with knee osteoarthritis who meet the Diagnostic Criteria for Arthritis; 2. No drug contraindications; 3. Aged between 45 and 75 years; 4. Promise to abide by the research procedures and cooperate with the implementation of the whole process of research; 5. Patients understand the relevant treatment process; 6. Patients have the ability to give informed consent; 7. No drugs that affect observation have been taken recently.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Mental illness; 2. Patients with malignant tumor; 3. Patients with other infectious diseases; 4. Patients with metabolic bone disease, diabetes and hyperthyroidism; 5. Hypocalcemia.
