Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for patients with severe craniocerebral injury: (1) All patients had a clear history of trauma, with a certain degree of coma, which was confirmed by imaging; (2) Patients aged 16-60 years; (3) GCS score 72h; (5) None of the patients had pulmonary infection on admission. 2. Inclusion criteria for pulmonary infection: Patients met the diagnostic criteria of nosocomial infection during hospitalization, and ventilator-associated pneumonia occurred 48h after mechanical ventilation or 72h after offline.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous epilepsy, cerebral infarction, brain tumor, pulmonary tuberculosis, lung tumor and other major organic lesions of the brain and lung.
