Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years; 2. Inclusion criteria for Graves' disease (refer to ATA guidelines) : (1) Clinically common symptoms and signs of hyperthyroidism; (2) Physical examination and imaging examination suggest diffuse thyroid enlargement; (3) Serum TSH level decreased and thyroid hormone level increased; (4) Positive TRAb; (5) Anterior tibial myxedema; (6) Exophthalmos and other invasive ocular signs; (7) Increased thyroid iodine-131 uptake rate; Among them, (1), (2), (3) and (4) are necessary conditions for diagnosis, (5), (6) and (7) are auxiliary conditions for diagnosis. 3. Inclusion criteria for Graves' ophthalmopathy (refer to EUGOGO guidelines) : (1) Consistent with GD diagnosis; (2) Symptoms of photophobia, lacrimation, eyeball pain, lacrimal caruncle swelling, eyelid/conjunctival edema or hyperemia, and ocular CT or MRI examination supported the diagnosis of TAO; (3) Optic nerve dysfunction: decreased vision, abnormal color vision, visual field, diplopia, strabismus, which can not be explained by other lesions; Satisfy item (1) and any one of (2) and (3).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Antibiotics have been used within 3 months and continued for 3 days or more; 2. Use any topical eye drugs within 3 months; 3. Patients with ocular laser therapy and ocular surgery history; 4. Patients with a history of eye trauma; 5. Patients with a history of wearing contact lenses; 6. Patients with eye diseases such as eye inflammation, pterygium, glaucoma and corneal dystrophy; 7. Patients with other systemic diseases in addition to Graves' disease and its complications (such as diabetes, systemic immune diseases, etc.); 8. Patients with moderate to severe renal impairment (serum creatinine > 2mg/dL or 177mmol/L), or abnormal liver function (ALT>2 times the upper limit of normal); Moderate to severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; Patients with severe hypertension and cerebrovascular accidents; 9. Suffering from serious organic diseases such as cancer, coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction and stroke; 10. Suffering from infectious diseases such as tuberculosis and AIDS; 11. Patients with serious complications of Graves' disease, such as hyperthyroidism crisis; 12. Binge drinking (drinking more than 5 times a week, with an average of more than 2 liangjiu or half jin of yellow rice wine or 5 bottles of beer each time); 13. Pregnant and lactating patients; 14. Physically disabled or otherwise unable to take care of themselves, recall or answer questions clearly, or have obvious motor difficulties; Sufficient time to participate in this project cannot be guaranteed.
