Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hospitalized patients; 2. Patients diagnosed with brain trauma, stroke, encephalitis and other central nervous system injuries for the first time; 3. The course of disease was 14 days to 12 months; 4. Aged 18-75 years; 5. Patients with upper limb and hand dysfunction (Fugly-Meyer score =10 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Major data missing (patients with only demographic data); 2. Subarachnoid hemorrhage, transient ischemic attack, progressive stroke, or reversible ischemic attack; 3. Previous history of central nervous system disease; 4. Patients with heart, lung, liver, kidney and other serious diseases; 5. Patients with seizure history after onset; 6. There are contraindications of pacemaker, ventriculoperitoneal shunt and other rTMS.
