Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for patients with postpartum depression: (1) Age 20-49 years old; (2) Patients diagnosed with PPD by a psychiatrist; onset within 3 months after delivery; Edinburgh Postpartum Depression Scale (EDPS) score range >= 13; (3) Sign a written informed consent; 2. Inclusion criteria for healthy subjects: (1) Age between 20-49 years old; (2) Within 3 months after delivery; (3) Postpartum health examination (blood routine, liver and kidney function, electrocardiogram) is normal, without obvious discomfort; (4) EDPS score < 13; (5) Sign the written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy; 2. Have a history of serious medical diseases, mental diseases and central nervous system diseases; 3. Suffering from severe obstetric complications and complications; 4. Changes in eating habits or history of antibiotic use within 1 month before sampling; 5. Those taking other antipsychotic drugs.
