Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Culture the nucleus pulposus tissue of NPMSCs: (1) Age <= 45 years old; (2) Diagnosed with lumbar disc herniation or herniation, without spinal stenosis and/or spondylolisthesis, without calcification of herniation; (3) Pfirrmann classification <= grade II; (4) Not combined with tuberculosis, tumor and diabetes; (5) No infection of intervertebral disc or other parts; (6) The nucleus pulposus tissue was not stained during the operation; 2. Preparation of nucleus pulposus tissue decellularized extracellular matrix scaffold: (1) Age < 60 years old; (2) No co-infectious diseases; (3) Not combined with tuberculosis, tumor and diabetes; (4) The nucleus pulposus tissue was not stained during the operation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Nucleus pulposus tissue cultured from nucleus pulposus mesenchymal stem cells: Minimally invasive or open surgery was performed on the same segment; radiofrequency electrodes were used during the operation.
