18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 18 years old; 2. The diagnosis conforms to the international diagnostic standard of sepsis (Sepsis 3.0).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Stay in ICU for less than 24 hours; 2. Patients with primary craniocerebral injury (ischemic or hemorrhagic cerebrovascular events, tumors); 3. Patients with intracranial infection; 4. Patients supported by intra-aortic balloon counterpulsation or extracorporeal membrane oxygenation; 5. Patients with severe carotid or intracranial artery stenosis (> 70%); 6. TCCD silent window (cerebral blood flow signal cannot be obtained); 7. Patients with severe visual or hearing impairments who cannot be evaluated by CAM-ICU; 8. Patients with delirium or disturbance of consciousness before being transferred to ICU.
