Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients (age > 18 years) presenting with OSA-related symptoms or hypertension at the Sleep Medicine Center of West China Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Medical factors causing chronic sleep disruption (eg, pain, itching, etc.); 2. Currently there is an obvious state of mental illness (for example: depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder and schizophrenia, etc.); 3. Currently or in the past 3 months are using or have used sleeping pills, anti-anxiety drugs, antidepressants and other psychotropic drugs; 4. Sleep-related movement disorders; 5. Other comorbidities of sleep disorders (for example, narcolepsy, insomnia, restless legs syndrome) were found in the previous sleep history consultation; 6. Other major cardiopulmonary diseases, liver and kidney diseases, and diabetes were found in the previous medical history inquiry.
