Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 60 years old; 2. ASA grade I-III; 3. Ethical compliance, patients voluntarily participate, and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of mental illness; 2. Those with a history of alcoholism or drug abuse; 3. Participated in other clinical drug research in the past 30 days; 4. The patient withdraws voluntarily; 5. Failure to obtain cognitive function assessment and EEG monitoring data during the research process; 6. Cancellation of surgery.
